Firstly we visited many Villages, but on visiting Baldwin Living six years ago straight away realised we had never seen anything we could compare in any way to our beautiful home here and all that it offers.

We feel blessed to have so many facilities offered and with people who certainly care for each other.

Celebrations or special occasions are superbly organised on a grand scale in our beautiful community centre.

Never see the mailman, but visit the mail boxes for our mail each day, always someone to chat to who will be collecting their mail. You are never alone here and unit to unit phone calls are free.

A beautiful place to live.

I have lived nearly 12 months here at Spring Gardens.  I love that I have moved closer to my church.  Everyone is very friendly and helpful.  The garden with many roses & native plants is beautiful.  I love the fact that we have a vegetable patch and  appreciate fresh vegetables which last.

Fund raising days are a very big and a special time. I am part of the exercise class and we stay active walking around nearby parks and even uphill at times to the monthly Dingley market held every 3^rd Saturday.

Spring Gardens is a beautiful environment with friendly people and I feel safe.

Baldwin Living have been very generous with providing us 24 hour INS life guard medical phones.

I have lived here for the past 9+ years and feel very fortunate.

I enjoy the heated pool and my rose garden. I enjoy the lovely walks around our village.

We have found a neat village with a spacious outlook – not crowded. Wide streets and really nice Managers.

The pool, spa and community facilities are excellent. Mail service is good. Mark keeps the place immaculate and is a real help to residents.
